Returns & Exchanges Policy — Mila Range Pty Ltd
At Mila Range, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free, while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.
Returns Window
All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Final sale items (if specified at the time of purchase)
How to Return or Exchange
Contact our Customer Care Team at welcome@milarange.com
within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return or exchange.
Include your order number and specify whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
You will receive instructions for returning your item, including the return address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns may be rejected if sent without authorization.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Mila Range Pty Ltd is responsible for a mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested size, color, or style is unavailable, Mila Range Pty Ltd will issue a refund instead.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Mila Range Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes associated with returning items.
Mila Range Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays or additional fees incurred during the international return process.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at welcome@milarange.com
with photos of the issue.
We will provide instructions to replace or refund your item at no additional cost.
Important Notes
Items returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
All returns must be authorised by Mila Range Pty Ltd to ensure refunds or exchanges are processed correctly.
Mila Range Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
