At Mila Range, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely, promptly, and with attention to detail. Please read the following policy to understand our shipping process and responsibilities.
Order Processing
All online orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you haven’t received your confirmation or tracking email within two business days, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at welcome@milarange.com

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $150 AUD
For orders under $150 AUD:
Standard Shipping: $12 AUD (2–8 business days)
Express Shipping: $15 AUD (1–4 business days)
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location or postal delays.
International Shipping
We offer FREE standard international shipping on orders over $300 AUD.
For orders under this threshold, shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout and displayed before payment.

0 kg – 0.5 kg A$25 6–27 business days
0.5 kg – 1 kg A$35 6–27 business days
1 kg – 3 kg A$55 6–27 business days

New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
All supported regions feature local currency settings for a seamless shopping experience.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, please note that Mila Range Pty Ltd is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges applied by your destination country.
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any applicable import charges required to release your package from customs. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Mila Range Pty Ltd will not be held liable for:
Customs delays, holds, or seizures
Packages returned due to unpaid duties
Additional costs resulting from refusal to pay import taxes
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or failed delivery, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees and return import charges.
If these costs exceed the value of the products, the package may be abandoned without refund.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: once an order has been handed over to the courier, Mila Range Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage incurred during transit.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, while international orders are shipped via Australia Post International or DHL, depending on the destination.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact welcome@milarange.com
immediately.
Changes can only be made before the order enters the packing or dispatch process.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
While we’ll always assist where possible, Mila Range Pty Ltd is not liable for parcels lost or delayed by postal services once dispatched.
